We were looking for a house for quite some time and went to many viewings. At one of the viewings, we met Ed. He called us to make an appointment and told us we would have 30 minutes to view the property. As you can imagine – we were in shock! Usually, you have about 5 minutes and you are viewing a property with 10 other people. On arrival, Ed really took the time. Not only did he know everything about the property itself, but also about the area, the neighbors, etc. We were so surprised, other makelaars never gave us this type of treatment. They are usually on their phones and want you to hurry up. The house wasn’t a match for us, but we did reach out to Ed asking if he would take on any new clients, as we were desperate to find a house. The thing we loved most about working with Ed, is that he really invests in his clients. He came over to properly introduce himself and asked us loads of questions so we could start our search together. Within a few weeks, we found our dream house and we couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. He helped us during the entire buying process, but also after we purchased it. We were looking for a new kitchen, so he looped us in with one of his contacts and within a week we found one. We also needed a trustworthy moving company – this was set up within a couple of days. It was such a pleasant experience. Ed is extremely professional and kind and understands that you are investing a lot of money, so he really goes the extra mile. We have recommended Ed to other friends and would advise you to reach out to him as well if you are looking for a reliable makelaar!
