Being a foreign buyer and non-Dutch speaking, Ed was tremendously helpful in scouting the market and making visits on our behalf. I have had the pleasure of meeting him whilst I was in Europe so we clearly identified the criteria for the purchase. We eventually closed the transaction blind, i.e. without seeing the property first, as we felt very comfortable with Ed’s assessment of the property.
